This ecommerce platform is owned and operated by the Town of Carstairs & The Carstairs Community Golf Club. All content published and made available on our platform is the property of the Town of Carstairs & the Carstairs Community Golf Club. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logo, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the compositions of our website platform. 

Accounts: 

When you create an account on our website, you agree to the following:

1. you are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account.

2. All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes. 

The Town of Carstairs & The Carstairs Community Golf Club reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be using our website illegally or if you violate these Terms & Conditions. 

Services

Our platform offers services sold by the Carstairs Community Golf Club such as golf memberships & Power Cart packages. These services are an agreement between the purchaser and the Town of Carstairs & the Carstairs Community Golf Club and are only valid at the Carstairs Community Golf Club. 

Memberships - Golf memberships purchased on the platform is based on a yearly golf membership at the Carstairs Community Golf Club. The membership does expire at the end of the year that it was purchased in.

Power Cart Package - Power Cart packages purchased on the platform is a service providing by the Carstairs Community Golf Club, depending on the package purchased some expire at the end of the year they were purchased in and some will never expire.

Online Orders

Pricing - All prices are displayed on our platform in Canadian dollars and do not include any applicable sales tax or shipping costs. These charges will depend on the place of delivery and will be calculated in the check out prior to completing the purchase. 

Payment Methods - We accept payments via VISA, VISA DEBIT, MASTERCARD, valid Carstairs Community Golf Club GIFT CARDS

Change to Orders - Product availability is subject to change between the time that an online order is placed and the time of fulfillment. Customers will be contacted should there be any difficulty in completing their order. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.

Delivery - If you choose delivery for your orders, we will make a contract with a carrier on your behalf, unless you request otherwise at the time of placing your orders and such request is confirmed by our customer care team. Delivery of large items and/or to remote areas may be subject to additional fees. Once we deliver the goods to the carrier, the goods are legally deemed delivered to you, and the risk of loss passes to you. The delivery of your product is governed by the shipping agreement between you and the carrier. 

Third Party Goods

Our platform may offer goods from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods made available by our third parties providers.

Limitation of Liability

The Town of Carstairs & the Carstairs Community Golf Club and our management staff, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, loses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of our platform. 

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this platform you indemnify and hold harmless The Town of Carstairs & the Carstairs Community Golf Club our ownership, management staff, employees and affiliates from any actions, claims, loses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our platform or your violations of these Terms & Conditions.
