Guidelines for return or exchange:

• Returned within thirty (30) days of original purchase date.
• Must have original receipt or exact date of purchase, in which a receipt can be
  tracked down via our point-of-sale system.
• Must have original packaging and or vendor tags attached.
• Returned only if merchandise is unworn.
• Returned only if merchandise is unwashed
• Returned only if merchandise is unused.
  Size exchange:
• If a customer is exchanging merchandise for a different size of the exact same
  product. (The same brand, the same price, the same style)
• No exchange or refund through the point-of-sale system is require as long as the
  above criteria is meet.
  Types of Returns:
  Return with original receipt:
• Merchandise can be returned for a full refund or merchandise exchange
  for any reason within thirty (30) days of original purchase.
  Return without original receipt:
• Merchandise can be returned without original receipt if the purchase date
  is provided to be able to track down the sale, to confirm the original
  purchase price. Exchange ONLY when the original receipt is not
  provided.
• Must have original packaging and or vendor tags attached.
• Golf Clubs purchased from the Carstairs Community Golf club, with the
  original plastic wrapping removed will NOT qualify for any return or
  exchange.
• Shoes purchased from the Carstairs Community Golf Club, without the
  original shoe box with NOT qualify for return or exchange.
• Golf balls purchased from the Carstairs Community Golf Club are
  considered a final sale, and do NOT qualify for return or exchange.
  (Some exceptions if returned immediately before leaving the pro shop,
  cannot purchase a dozen ball box and return half the dozen or any
  number of ball sleeves)
• Sales Rack items are all final sale, and do NOT qualify for return or
  exchange.
• Demo Clubs purchased from the Carstairs Community Golf Club are final
  sale and do NOT qualify for return or exchange.

Membership Refund: 

• Memberships can be refunded with valid reason for refund. 
  • Medical with a provided doctors note
  • Moved out of province 
• Membership refunds will be cut off on June 1st, of the respected golf season.
